Wedding Coordinator Full Package
If you’re considering tying the knot in regional NSW and already have a clear vision for your wedding but are unsure how to bring it to life, I can assist you as your wedding coordinator. On the day itself, I’ll be there from start to finish, ensuring all you need to do is savour the joy of being newlyweds.
What’s Included
- To begin, we’ll have a meeting to delve into your vision and understand your wants, needs, wishes, and desires. This will also provide me with an opportunity to get to know you better, ensuring that I can fully assist you in creating your perfect day. This meeting can be conducted either in person or via Zoom and typically lasts around an hour.
- Next, we’ll explore the wedding vendors needed to bring your vision to life. I’ll provide you with a list of available vendors, allowing you to choose and book the ones that align with your style and budget. If you need more details before making your decision, I can also coordinate on-site or virtual viewings or meetings with these vendors.
- I will craft a comprehensive run sheet outlining the flow of your wedding day, incorporating input from your selected wedding vendors to ensure everyone is aligned and on the same page.
- I will assist in devising a contingency plan for inclement weather, and if necessary, execute it seamlessly, ensuring you can relax and relish the moments leading up to your ceremony without any concerns.
- I will be accessible for email and phone assistance whenever you require it.
- Leading up to your wedding, I will reach out to your vendors to confirm bump-in and bump-out times, setup details, and delivery locations.
- If you have a stylist, I will be present during their setup to ensure your vision is brought to life. Whether this takes place the day before the wedding or early on the wedding day depends on your venue.
- On your wedding day, I’ll ensure all your vendors are in the right place at the right time, coordinating bump-in and out times and setup locations.
- As the appointed point of contact, I will be at your disposal, handling any needs or disruptions that may occur. My responsibility includes protecting you from inconveniences and distractions. Above all, my priority is to ensure that you, the newlyweds, are well taken care of throughout the event.
- In my role as your wedding coordinator, I will typically arrive 2 to 3 hours before the ceremony. I will remain on-site throughout your wedding day, staying until the ceremony concludes and the reception setup is complete, generally around 5-6 pm.

Wedding Day Coordinator Package
This package caters perfectly to couples who are well-organised and only need additional assistance on the day of their wedding to ensure flawless execution of their plans. However, despite being labeled as a “day-of” package, it actually begins a month before your wedding day. This timeframe allows me to fully grasp your vision and adequately prepare to execute it seamlessly on the day of your celebration.
What’s Included
- If you have a stylist, I will be present during their setup to ensure your vision is brought to life. Whether this takes place the day before the wedding or early on the wedding day depends on your venue.
- On your wedding day, I’ll ensure all your vendors are in the right place at the right time, coordinating bump-in and out times and setup locations.
- I will be there to help implement your wet weather backup plan, if needed.
- As the appointed point of contact, I will be at your disposal, handling any needs or disruptions that may occur. My responsibility includes protecting you from inconveniences and distractions. Above all, my priority is to ensure that you, the newlyweds, are well taken care of throughout the event.
- In my role as your wedding coordinator, I will typically arrive 2 to 3 hours before the ceremony. I will remain on-site throughout your wedding day, staying until the ceremony concludes and the reception setup is complete, generally around 5-6 pm.
$1500 | on the day coordinator
NOTE
An extra travel fee will be applied for weddings where the round trip from Millthorpe to the wedding venue exceeds 100km. Furthermore, depending on the distance, an accommodation fee may be applicable.
