Embarking on the journey of planning and organising everything for your wedding can quickly become overwhelming, especially when balancing a regular job, family responsibilities, or the day-to-day demands of life.

Choosing me as your wedding coordinator alleviates the stress associated with wedding planning, keeping things stress-free. My role is to relieve the pressure, allowing you to entrust the details to me while you focus on other aspects of life.

As your wedding coordinator, you’ll benefit from the expertise of a seasoned professional. With experience, I understand the intricacies that streamline the planning process. I’ll guide you, lend a listening ear, and offer recommendations to create the perfect wedding that genuinely represents you as a couple.

Wedding Coordinator

If you’re contemplating getting married in regional NSW and have a distinct vision for your wedding but need help bringing it to life, I can be your wedding coordinator. On the actual day, I’ll be with you from start to finish, ensuring you can simply relish the joy of being newlyweds.

 

What’s Included
  • To begin, we’ll have a meeting to delve into your vision and understand your wants, needs, wishes, and desires. This will also provide me with an opportunity to get to know you better, ensuring that I can fully assist you in creating your perfect day. This meeting can be conducted either in person or via Zoom and typically lasts around an hour.
  • Next, we’ll explore the wedding vendors needed to bring your vision to life. I’ll provide you with a list of available vendors, allowing you to choose and book the ones that align with your style and budget. If you need more details before making your decision, I can also coordinate a meeting with these vendors.
  • I will craft a comprehensive run sheet outlining the flow of your wedding day, incorporating input from your selected wedding vendors to ensure everyone is aligned and on the same page.
  • I will assist in devising a contingency plan for inclement weather, and if necessary, execute it seamlessly, ensuring you can relax and relish the moments leading up to your ceremony without any concerns.
  • I will be accessible for email and phone assistance whenever you require it.
  • Leading up to your wedding, I will reach out to your vendors to confirm bump-in and bump-out times, setup details, and delivery locations.
  • If you have a stylist, I will be present during their setup to ensure your vision is brought to life. Whether this takes place the day before the wedding or early on the wedding day depends on your venue.
  • On your wedding day, I’ll ensure all your vendors are in the right place at the right time, coordinating bump-in and out times and setup locations.
  • As the appointed point of contact, I will be at your disposal, handling any needs or disruptions that may occur. My responsibility includes protecting you from inconveniences and distractions. Above all, my priority is to ensure that you, the newlyweds, are well taken care of throughout the event.
  • In my role as your wedding coordinator, I will typically arrive 2 to 3 hours before the ceremony. I will remain on-site throughout your wedding day, staying until the ceremony concludes and the reception setup is complete, generally around 5-6 pm.
$2500 | The full wedding coordinator package
  • If you have a stylist, I will be present during their setup to ensure your vision is brought to life. Whether this takes place the day before the wedding or early on the wedding day depends on your venue.
  • On your wedding day, I’ll ensure all your vendors are in the right place at the right time, coordinating bump-in and out times and setup locations.
  • I will be there to help implement your wet weather backup plan, if needed.
  • As the appointed point of contact, I will be at your disposal, handling any needs or disruptions that may occur. My responsibility includes protecting you from inconveniences and distractions. Above all, my priority is to ensure that you, the newlyweds, are well taken care of throughout the event.
  • In my role as your wedding coordinator, I will typically arrive 2 to 3 hours before the ceremony. I will remain on-site throughout your wedding day, staying until the ceremony concludes and the reception setup is complete, generally around 5-6 pm.
$1500 | on the day coordinator

Master of Ceremonies

Selecting a Master of Ceremonies (MC) for your wedding reception can significantly enhance your celebration. In my role as your Master of Ceremonies, I bring forth a myriad of advantages contributing to the success of your event. With extensive experience, an entertainment flair, unwavering reliability, and a touch of lightheartedness, I am dedicated to transforming your reception into a memorable and joyous occasion. Entrusting me with this responsibility ensures a seamless flow of events, engaging entertainment, and a vibrant atmosphere aligned with your vision. Your wedding reception becomes an unforgettable experience, etched in the hearts of all in attendance.

What’s Included
  • I will aid you in creating an engaging reception program that blends timeless traditions with innovative games.
  • I am available to provide assistance and support to those delivering speeches
  • I will help you put together a guest photo session list for after the ceremony and be there to help the photographer coordinate the order so that this runs smoothly.
  • I will share instructions with your guests on what has been arranged for them between the ceremony and reception.
  • Throughout the evening, I will maintain communication with your reception service providers, including the DJ, band, photographers, and wedding planner/coordinator or venue manager. This ensures they are well-informed about the timings and scheduled activities, guaranteeing the smooth adherence to your timeline.
  • I will work closely with the venue manager or mobile food services to ensure the smooth execution of food and drink service.
  • I will announce the arrival of the wedding party, manage speeches, organise activities, and supervise traditional elements such as cake cutting and the couple’s first dance.
  • The Master of Ceremony service will start 15 minutes before the scheduled reception and last for 3 hours. If you desire an extension beyond the initial 3 hours, this can be arranged in advance at a rate of $79 per 60 minutes or part thereof.
NOTE

An extra travel fee will be applied for weddings where the round trip from Millthorpe to the wedding venue exceeds 100km. Furthermore, depending on the distance, an accommodation fee may be applicable.
