Kendall and Craig’s wedding was simple but filled with so many special touches and moments that made it incredibly beautiful. During the ceremony family and friends got to enjoy the journey of how this wonderful couple met and fell in love. Then after Craig and Kendall said their “I do’s”, the couple and their guests celebrated the night away at the Forbes Sport and Recreation Club.
It was a perfect wedding by the river in Forbes NSW.
Craig wanted to look casual but smart, so went with a marbled charcoal grey check suit. It was a chilled-out look, with zero fuss but all style. He looked great.
Kendall looked beautiful in her chiffon A-line silhouette, floor-length gown. The dress was sleeveless with a matching bow-tie belt that was knotted at the waistline. The colour of this elegant gown was chosen as it is Kendall’s favourite and was the perfect choice for this riverside wedding.
The wedding started with Kendall being escorted into the ceremony by her son Aiden, who then had the honour of presenting his mum for marriage. During the ring exchange, the rings were delivered by a friend’s twins. These really cute children took great pride in being a part of the ceremony and having such a special role.
We loved having Tanya involved in our special day. Right from the 1st time we spoke, she was very informative and helpful. Tanya was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She helped us personalise our ceremony and was only too happy to give us guidance, gentle suggestions and advice that were greatly appreciated. Everyone at the wedding commented on how great she was and truly excited for us. We would have no hesitation in recommending Tanya to any couples getting married
Sadly Craig’s dad, Howard is no longer with us. To honour his memory on Craig and Kendall’s day of celebration, we included a special tribute at the start of the ceremony to remember this very special man.
My advice would be to stress less, communicate with those around you, and lean on them for support when needed.
All the decorations for the day, from the flowers to the table settings and the arbour were made and created by Kendall.
Colin, the owner of Lake View Motel very kindly donated his time and 7series BMW to get Kendall to the ceremony in style.
