Your wedding day is nearly here so now we need to finalise the last few details of your ceremony.

What is the date of your wedding and ceremony time?
Witnesses must be 18+ years of age. Full name of witnesses (including any middle name(s) to be included. The names of your witnesses must also be spelled 100% correctly as the names are being used on the legal documents.

Who have you asked to be responsible for playing the music during the ceremony? Please make sure they have downloaded the songs onto their phone (in order) so that the phone can be turned to airplane mode. I am able to connect iPhones and tables to my PA system.
A rehearsal, whether conducted onsite or virtually, is an opportunity to discuss your ceremony processional and positioning. It's highly recommended to have either an onsite or virtual rehearsal. Please let me know if you would like to schedule a rehearsal. Also, please keep in mind that if your ceremony location is more than 100km return travel from Millthorpe, a travel fee will be added to the rehearsal fee.
If you wish to schedule an onsite or virtual rehearsal, please indicate your preferred date and time. It's recommended to hold the rehearsal at the same time as the ceremony, usually during the week before. I'll check my schedule and let you know if your requested time is available.
An ‘Unplugged ceremony’ is a ceremony when guests are asked to not use their phones, camera, or iPads. Before the ceremony begins I ask your guests to turn off their devices to be present in the moment and enjoy your ceremony.
Ask guests not to share photos taken during your wedding day on social media until you have had a chance to do so first. I can include this when letting guests know your ceremony is unplugged.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, will your guests be tossing confetti, or do you plan to use an alternative such as bubbles, sparklers, bells, flags, etc.?
If you've chosen an alternative to confetti that's not listed above, please let us know what you'll be using.

Would you like a beautifully presented transcript of your ceremony displayed in a folder for you to keep?
If you would like to obtain a copy of your marriage certificate from the Department of Births, Deaths, and Marriages, I am able to facilitate the process on your behalf. The department's fee for this service is currently set at $67. There are no additional fees applied from my end for lodging this request. This document is essential, especially if you plan to change your surname following the marriage.

Who do you want to take responsibility for your personal items, wedding certificate, and the gift copy of your ceremony? Please make sure this person knows that you can not get a copy of the wedding certificate so to make sure it is kept in a safe and secure location.
