Ceremony – Reception: perfectly crafting and execute this special time

This is the first reception information form, and it provides me with details about your plans for the time between your ceremony and reception. It includes information about the photos you want and helps me communicate to your guests what will be happening during this time, as well as where and when they need to be in certain places.

I will also communicate all the details regarding your photography sessions to your photographer, and if you have a videographer, I will share this information with them as well. This helps ensure that everyone is on the same page and follows the schedule accordingly. Additionally, I will provide them with the list of specific photos you want to capture with family and friends right after the ceremony.

If you’re unable to complete the form in one go, don’t worry. You can save your information and return later to finish the remaining details. The option to save and resume later can be found at the bottom of the form. This way, you can take your time to provide all the necessary information for your wedding reception.
