Borrodell vineyard was the perfect location for Mikaela and Nathan’s wedding.
The ceremony location was stunning and the splashes of colour from the beautiful flowers designed by Mikaela only made it more special.
Before the ceremony guest were entertained by the acoustic sounds of musician Brad White. Then as Mikaela entered the ceremony Brad played “If I ain’t got you”.
Mikaela and Nathan chose to write their own personal vows that expressed the love that they had for each other in a truly special way.
My favourite line from Mikaela’s vows: “You are one of a kind and if I had 1000 choices in life, I would choose you 1000 times over”. And my favourite line from Nathan’s vows: You are the best thing to ever happen to me. I will love you without end.
After Mikaela and Nathan exchanged their “I do’s” family and friends enjoyed pre-dinner drinks, canapes and a grazing table on the lawn overlooking the valley while being entertained by Brad.
Then family and friends got to celebrate Mikaela and Nathan union of marriage at their reception. With an evening filled with Borrodell award-winning wines, great food, fun speeches, a delicious cake, lawn games, laughter, fun and lots of dancing it was a fantastic celebration of this special occasion.
At the end of the night, Mikaela and Nathan excited their reception on a pathway lined by family and friends waving long sparklers and cheering.
It was a beautiful celebration of two very special people so very much in love.
